Accommodation at Hotel99 and the Surrounding Area

Hotel 99 is located in Chomutov, situated in the northwest of Bohemia in the Ústí Region. This statutory city, with 50,000 inhabitants, lies at the foot of the majestic Ore Mountains (Krušné hory). The city of Chomutov offers a unique natural environment, abundant greenery, and attractive tourist destinations. In Chomutov, besides the historic center with its picturesque square, you can visit a unique lake, the largest zoo in the Czech Republic, and a charming forested valley.
Thanks to the natural treasures surrounding it, as well as the city’s extensive sports and cultural facilities, Chomutov is the perfect place to spend a memorable holiday with family and friends. The Newly Built Hotel Adjoins Chomutov Park

The newly constructed hotel is thoughtfully situated in an urbanistically sensitive location at the corner of Dr. Farského Street and B. Němcové Pathway, designed to maximize the potential of the site and initiate the revitalization of the urban space. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park and a preserved part of the historic city center.

The hotel section of the building features one underground floor, where you will find a state-of-the-art fitness center and wellness area, a massage room with adjoining relaxation areas, and changing rooms for guests. The underground floor is followed by a floor of underground parking garages.
The communal garage includes 41 parking spaces, including 3 accessible ones. Additional parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Rooms and Interiors – Individualized Simplicity

In front of the vertically oriented windows of the hotel rooms, wooden shutters sliding on external rails are installed, allowing the room to be shaded during sunny days and reducing noise levels in the rooms at night.
The hotel offers 99 comfortable accommodation spaces across 42 rooms, located on the 2nd to 6th floors. The irregular arrangement of windows is also reflected in the room interiors – the window placement is minimally repeated in individual rooms, thus providing a simple way to individualize them. The Apartments span 56m2, emphasizing their spaciousness and airiness. Each Apartment features a large terrace. The other rooms are equally impressive. The furnishings are of a high standard and yet maintain a simple, elegant aesthetic.

Adjacent to the reception, guests have access to a 24/7 lobby bar, open to all guests, with service available directly from the reception, offering a capacity of 20 seats.
