Our wellness center allows guests to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting, where you can enjoy the steam and Finnish saunas, a relaxation pool, and massages.
Steam Bath
A steam bath is very similar to a sauna. However, the climate inside is different – much more humid and not as hot. The body doesn’t heat up as intensely as in a sauna, and the air humidity reaches almost 100%. It helps to clear the airways, contributes to the regeneration of overworked muscles, provides overall relief, promotes general body circulation and detoxification, has a beneficial effect on joints, and alleviates rheumatic problems.
Finnish Sauna
Sauna bathing is one of the oldest regenerative and relaxing methods. The combination of a small enclosed room with hot, minimally humid air at 90°C deeply warms the entire body, flushing out harmful toxins through the skin. The sensations experienced during sauna bathing should only be pleasant. Sauna bathing involves the targeted alternation of hot air exposure contrasted with an ice-cold water bath or shower. To enhance the effects of the heat “in the sweating room,” self-massage can be performed using various massage mitts and brushes. By appropriately alternating cycles of staying in the sweating room and cooling down, the desired effects of the sauna can be individually achieved.
Kneipp Walk
Pleasant warming of the feet in warm water is alternated with cooling in ice-cold water. Throughout the procedure, your feet are gently massaged by pebbles. After several repetitions and drying, a wave of warmth will gradually spread through your feet, permeating your entire body.
The Kneipp Walk is part of the method developed by the German priest Sebastian Kneipp, who focused on natural medicine and hydrotherapy in the 19th century. The Kneipp Walk has become an indispensable part of spa facilities.
The alternation of warm and cold water in the Kneipp bath achieves beneficial effects on foot circulation and metabolism. It helps not only with circulatory disorders but also with headaches and colds.
Massage Pool
The massage pool is designed for daily relaxation and rehabilitation. Hydrotherapy strengthens blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, relaxes muscles, and stimulates the immune system. The SPA also aids in post-injury rehabilitation and acts preventatively on the entire body. Varying air and water temperatures strengthen the body’s resilience and act preventatively against various diseases.
For hotel guests, the above-mentioned wellness procedures are free of charge, while massages incur a fee. For other clients, wellness services are subject to a fee as listed in the price list.
