Chomutov Zoo

Chomutov Zoopark was founded in 1975 and specializes in breeding animals originating from the Palearctic region, which includes the territory of Eurasia, where the majority of the animals bred here come from, and the territory of North Africa. Here you can observe over 160 species of animals, totaling 1.000 individuals, among which are 14 endangered species included in European conservation programs.
